Life without BoC? I honestly can't imagine that world. There music has literally changed my life & I don't think I'm even exaggerating. Music has the Right to Children was a quasi-religeous experience for me.

Not without BoC. I think they are responsible for nothing less than a renaissance of Electronic music. Sure they had their inspirations but I'd never heard anything quite like MHTRTC when I first heard it. It was the most perfect music I'd ever heard. It all made complete sense. And when I say it changed my life I meant their music made me want to make music. I was completely inspired by BoC's music. To the point where I quite my job of 6 years & went back to college to study music technology .......... didn't learn fuck all though!!

I don't think I would be alive. BoC is most of what I listen too... I went through a transitional period in my life not too long ago. I began to listen to BoC around that time. Not having BoC there to listen too during that time.. I'd be dead.

Yes I am, yes it is, yes, but you have to temper that with the insane ballwashing and "the second drumbeat of the third measure of the fifth song on the 4th unofficial casette tape sounds different than the 3rd" type threads, of course they are, they were never really that good at all.

i think deffo someone would have come up with something like them at some stage, because in loads of tv shows and shit, they are saying that since about 2001 or so nostalgia is huge. and i dont think that has anything to do with boc.

If there was no Boc I would start a band called "Cords of Bandana" with my brother and make albums out of the synths in my attic. I would get signed to Warp, never have to work again and just be a guru all day.

However, I would play live every night.

I would be a quasi-god in my air-raid shelter in Glasgow train station. People would try to find me, the ironic thing is they will travel by train to try and find me. I will not acknowledge this.
