As to BOC ... I love their stuff up until 2001. Everything since then has left me numb/bored/indifferent/putting on Autechre. I think MHTRTC is one of the best albums released on Warp though.

I don't know about all this BoC bashing.

They're pretty great at what they do, they still are.

Music can be rather profound to people for reasons unknown.

It's not just Boards that has this quality. But they do for many people, me included.
