I'm sure they have. maybe not in a 'formal' school type way. but as musicians I'm sure they read a lot about music, learning in that process.

I know uziq played keyboard in bands of the 80's, so he would have to have known at least some to do that, and aphex twin certainly SOUNDs like he does. with tracks such as avril 14th and others from druqs as well as tracks like 4 and flim, I would imagine he has at least a fair understanding of the subject.
