Guest jar
The first Pusher (and indeed proper 'electronic music') album I heard was Go Plastic. I can honestly say, without being to cliched and cheesy about things – that it changed my life. Somehow it got stuck into my brain and changed my whole perception of stuff around me – even normal stuff. Everyday things became weird. It’s hard to explain but I’m sure some of you know what I’m talking about. Weird, weird shit. Go Plastic probably wasn’t the best introduction to Pushers ‘overall’ style of music but I’m glad that was the first proper electronic music album I heard ‘cos in a way I was thrown in at the deep end. I may not listen to him as much as I used to but he's still one of my fav. artists simply because he got me into everything I listen to today. I was lucky enough to see him perform Tetra-sync in Tokyo. Nothing’s ever gonna top that!
