i work at a bakery and i eat

free focaccia, portugese sweet, ciabatta,

pugliese, french bread + baguettes,

mish, olive, sourdough, rye, sour rye,

potato sourdough, honey whole wheat,

and lots of other breads + pastries.

I just found this kinda bread down at the co-op called pan marino.

shit is the tops mane. Note the sea salt on the crust. Inside youll find a soft thick bread laden with fresh rosemary and fragrant hints of olive oil. I just got this hella tastey olive oil to eat such fancy breads as this. Its sex. No joke guys. would make the perfect sandwhich bread.

Bauernbrot. Best with Butter.
