is use a machine i built in reaktor.......its got 8 sequencers/samplers w/ a bunch of ways to mangle the samples n change em....i played a 4 hr set that i constantly was tweaking the shit out of last month...

all i use is ableton live for DJ mixes, songwriting and live jams

stop fucking about with hee haw donkey programs and just start using the program that was designed for what you are looking for.

FL is a sequencer, it was written as a sequencer - as was cubase, logic and all the rest Live was written as a live tool

the name kind of gives it away

add reaktor to the mix and you can sound like 99% of all generic electronic music acts - which is exactly what we need

yes i agree,

i dont use reaktor, but i just sync up my hardware via the 707 and it's like top! tight as a nuns cunt.

and i use Traktor 2 as my dj programe

I play a stripped down version and use hardware over it [keyboards, samplers, drum machines, etc.]
