'The Tuss' is not on the line-up. it's just some wally who set up a fake tuss myspace page and last.fm account, using some photo of a random at the last party, pretending to be brian & karen tregaskin, and started posting that they were playing. god knows why, i guess some people are just a bit sad and find that kind of thing entertaining.

besides, anyone arrogant enough to decide they're just going to turn up and play somewhere and announce it, rather than actually *ask* the promoter can pretty much fuck off anyways, even if they did turn out to be someone "big and popular". its pretty fuckin rude, especially to do to a small time promoter doing nights for the love of it (i lost a lot of money last time round but it was a great night so decided to do another)

theyve been messaging me claiming that theyre going to arrive dressed as ghosts and do an hour long set. ha ha. i'll reserve a space for them in the mens toilets, 2nd cubicle along on the left.

aaaanyways.

all the other acts are 100% genuine - vibert, cylob, b12 (special live acid show), doubtful guest etc. plus we may have a secret special guest too if theyre not busy that night ;-)

tix on sale soon - this week hopefully, i'm going to do some cut price early bird advance tix which will go to the mailing list, and i'll post a link to them up + redemption code here on watmm, and maybe on planet mu phorum and ninjatune (but not That Other Site™ cos theyre always really arsey ha ha) and there will be some free downloads on the site.

and i'm buying a shitload of halloween costumes to give away on the door (should be funny!)

corsica studios have refurbed so the main room is bigger, and there is a second bar outside in the smoking courtyard so no long queues for drinks :-)

I bought a Casper mask from a supermarket the other day for this. They're meant for kids, though, so it's a bit small for my fat face, but I'll rise to the challenge. Reckon I'll be in my Wildhearts t-shirt as they've got the best logo for a Hallowe'en-themed acid night:

no john power is/was a promoter for nights, he tends to play a really varied set - first time I got really into dubstep was him dropping lightning at a rave a couple of years back
