Yeah those screams were totally unnecessary. I wouldn't even dare adding stuff to an Aphex track.

Yep I felt it wasn't Richard doing a remix at all, the added sounds were completely in the mix of the movie (correctly placed and mixed in the aural space). 'was weird.

a recent melodrama called Manic starring joseph gorden levitt has several aphex songs. mostly track one from sawII, which seems to be the theme song of the movie. also featured is girl/boy song and a couple things by squarepusher. decent movie i guess

I just watched "I Dismember Mama" (Episode 5 from the same series) and it contains "Ropes Curtains".

It seems like Richard may have licensed the whole album to the production. In the credits, it just reads "Selected Ambient Works Volume II" in place of a track name. I'll report more after finishing the series.

It was funny to see a guy running from a horde of zombies , with flaphead playing
