somebody start a poll so we can vote for which luke vibert we prefer.

why don't u do? it's simple 2 create a poll... ;-)

but problem is

Amen Andrews ---> 1 album/ 5 EPs

Butler Kiev ---> just 1 track from 2 compilations

Kerrier District ---> 1 album/ 1 EP

Luke Vibert

Plug

Spac Hand Luke ---> 1 album/ 1 EP

The Ace Of Clubs ---> 1 album/ 2 EPs

Wagon Christ

:omg:

that is my current moniker since 1995... when i came here, i didn't know why i've choose AST, just bcause i love them both (aphex twin & >[]) and take this moniker by irony : imagine a teenager who arrives on a 4um 2 speak about his favourite artists... :angry:

now... i believe i must take my real moniker & 2 b me... that's why i've all changed (moniker, avatar, signature)

peace & b wild!

i read a magazine article about him in this one magazine called massive which is now probably debunked since i haven't seen it since those days! but i didn't get to hear him till the ventolin remixes... i like him, but i don't go all ape shit and what not whenever he releases something... i don't own most of his material... only throbing pouch, the one with bj cole, and some random studio sessions (which i like a lot)!

likewise with magazine article, aphex's mate and all that

heard Phat Lab Nightmare and hated it all except Dances With Frances

really got into it through Throbbing Pouch and then the Plug eps

I got into Luke Vibert (really known as Wagon Christ then) by reading about him in the NME. He was a featured artist and then I heard him on Peel. First opportunity I got and as soon as it came out I then bought 'Throbbing Pouch' on CD from HMVz. Cost me £17.99 which was and still is prolly one of the most expensive cds I've bought. That said it was every bit worth it as I played it for most of that summer.
