303 emulators in Reaktor??

Are there any good 303 emulators in Reaktor? I've listened to some Squarepusher tracks in his "Reaktor phase" (Go Plastic, Venus Number something??) and there are these nice acid sounds in it. Are these 303s, 101s, or Reaktor "computer acid"??

hm i don't remember hearing a 303 on any of those records. my guess is that he built a 303-like instrument on reaktor, and triggers that with his bass; like in... "go spastic!" (at the beginning), or "the modern bass guitar".

on venus no. 17 (acid mix) there's a 303ish bassline playing around, but in my opinion it isn't a 303. i might be wrong though.

concerning the "303 emulators" in reaktor... i'm pretty sure there's more than one in the user library.

I guess I'm just interested in knowing how he got such good acid sounds from a computer. I'd like a 303 but they're way too much + I'm basically just interested in the software environment.........I don't want to get into the hardware environment, I've already done that.

According to the man himself on Squarepusher.net, the squelchy 303-like lead lines all over Hello Everything are from a self-built Reaktor module.

One of my favorite Squarepusher tones is that nasally, acidic sound from "Tundra 4".. Sounds very much like Reaktor to my ears, and although it's quite simple it I find it hard to match. It's not very 303-esque, actually, but I love it all the same. I wonder which filter model he employs..

Tom produced what I think is probably the finest 303 bassline of all time on Selection Sixteen.. Check out "Schizm Track #2 Mix" at 1:47. You gotta love that rubbery square wave. I'm lucky enough to have a 303 in my humble home, but it doesn't seem to have that dripping-wet resonance SP and others manage to coax out. Maybe it's just EQ or subtle overdrive, or is there some sort of resonance mod a la the Borg Mod?

theres an interview from the go plastic era between squarepusher and hrvatski, and it's pretty awkwardly great. theres this bit where squarepusher is going on about how he used analogue hardware on the album (the eventide orville, I believe) and hrvatski's all correcting him, explaining how its digital signal processesing and computer based and whatnot. funny stuff. dunno if he would just use the eventide for bass guitar or if he'd run the computer thru it too. I remember hearing he had like 4 of em on some tour so it was probably for more than the guitar. those are probably giving the custom reaktor instruments that extra bit of unattainable cool sound.

it's not exactly in any set place, its a recording of a phone conversation done for a written interview for some boston paper. you used to be able to get the recording on that one famous torrent site thats gone now. here's a sendspace link for it. it's kinda long, and yknow, an unedited phone conversation, so it's not exactly the easiest thing to listen to. I'm pretty sure I've never made it all the way thru tho, so rest assured that the bit I referenced is in the first half. oh man its like 25 minutes long.

relistening to this I guess he acknowledges that hes using dsp rather quickly. but he says he doesn't use computers. I'm so confused.... ok and now they talk about using puredata and reaktor, 14 minutes in.
