Actually, Autechre can be considered as plural, since they consist of 2 men. I should use 'play' as well.

Maybe Obelisong is referring to the Dutch formatting of the date. I think it is MM-DD-YYYY in the Anglo-American world?

Not to nitpick or anything Franciscus, something I'm noticing a lot around here at the minute. Like another thread with 3008 as the release date, that was a lol!

Are you 100% sure they're talking about 2008? In the small article they mention the release of Untitled and when looking at the other artist: it's SND and Rob Hall with whom they toured last time?

EDIT: okay, when proceeding to ordering tickets they indeed mention the year 2008, but they only mention Ae + support act, so the info on the first page probably isn't up to date.

Nice to know they're touring again, can't wait.

I was at the Amsterdam gig yesterday, and I have to say Rob and Sean delivered a very direct and indeed more hiphop flavoured set. Except a brief excerpt of IO, I didn't recognize any other pieces in their 1 hour set. But it did sound like one of those live jams they mentioned in their interviews, before they were cut down and released on Quaristice.

Altogether, they succeeded to deliver a lot of fresh idea's within this singe hour, and sometimes became kind of danceable.
