This track is the very last piece of music that crushed my emotions. Since it, I haven't heard music the same way... Maybe that's why I don't download music as often, because this track has everything I love about music.

I'm hardly a closed minded nun. Remember, I'm on a fucking IDM forum.... an IDM forum.. Think about that for a second before claiming people are closed minded nuns.

To keep it real and analog, I'm gonna start posting to WATMM by writing my posts in fountain pen on hemp paper, putting them in bottles, and throwing them into the ocean.

The Prodigy - Speedway

Been listening to some of my old music to see what it's like - it's interesting, all this super mainstream alternative stuff like Korn and Rage Against the Machine and Nirvana

I used to think it was somehow rebellious or something but when you listen now it's so obviously made for popularity - but there's something weird about that, why were/are Korn SO huge? Does that mean that part of the culture we live in is expressed in Korn? Or is it more like a scary ride at a theme park for people or a horror film you can live in?

Maybe Aphex Twin and Venetian Snares will seem the same in 20 years, but then again Tool doesn't sound like pop now, but I do think Aphex and Snares have some kind of consciousness of their popular appeal

Anyway, I'll carry on discussing it with myself for no reason

sigh.. "That's Ribena.."

i have no idea why Korn were so successful apart from that they tapped right into the whole angsty teen music market. similar to the others really.

it's all just noise though isn't it? eh?
