you people are aware that we have a downloads section on the forum yes?

I love the last twelve minutes on this set.

I find it quite funny people refer to the sets as Pontins being sublime as opposed to glasgow being sublime ofr SE1 etc......apart from a few minor sci fi synth sounds they are identical. they are sublime though i agree.

Im soooo looking forward to a new live set this year, if the lasrt one is anything to go by it will have all new material different from albums and that is great.

Yes it's the same set, the same music, but sometimes there are difference. The last twelve on Pontins aren't the same for Hemsby or Glasgow. And in this case I prefer the "final" of Pontins.

I think you guys need your ears checked. The two sets are not the same.

the two sets are pretty much the same in that apart from the noticable first tune which is different it all slots in to be the same tune sequence but with small differences. I was listening to hemsby set for a long time after going to bloc so knew pretty well, listened to glasgow and low and behold it did exactly what i expected it to. yes there are differences and some sections have been twisted round over the 2 years since glasgow but overall it is the same.

i didn't realise.

either way, i found this set easier to listen to and different to the glasgow set. i can hear similarities, they may have the same base but its definitely different!

yeah i prefer the hemsby set too more warm synth sounds and at different levels to glasgow. and it reminds me of being there hearing it and spazzing out wicked.

but to say its different, well yes it is but alot of it is identical. and i really mean that, i saw them five times on the untilted tour and by the end (bloc) i knew what to expect at all points, knew which part would come in when and had immediate recognition of most of the set. that didnt detract from it though it blew my mind everytime.

i saw them once last year (for the first time ever) and it took me to another planet. it was just stunning!

i'm dying to see them again.
