I don't get the hate -- go listen to Street Boys or even the afx remixes. The whole thing is a pisstake and he does it perfectly.

What? The new stuff is a pisstake? That's like saying Legowelt is a piss take. Of what though? Maybe his older stuff is a bit tongue-in-cheek, even so it sounds crass.

I just wanna say that the collapse of the wave function series its fucking stupidly good, and if this new one is anything like any of those 12s ill be running to the shops very fast.

I picked up SH101 Triggers MS10 the other day, it might as well be called analord 12.

have you heard that egypt ear werk 12" ?

No, but most of ED DMX's previous releases on Rephlex were pretty shit, and the lyrics usually always cringe worthy. Hope his latest stuff is an improvement and he's moved on from all that 80s bollocks.

lol nice try.

DMX Krew has consistently been making catchy, funky analogue jams for 10 -15 years. Its no Analord ripoff. This is the same instruments and style he's had for years. SH-101 Triggers MS20 is just an exceptionally good album.

If the title track off that album doesn't demand him a sub-forum I don't know what could. Nothing Plaid or B of C has done in the last 10 years comes close. (In my opinion ever)

Fuck the DMX haters. He is a regular guy that makes cool music and writes amazing keyboard leads. That isn't something to rip on. He has wicked style.
