I'm writing this as I'm watching it:

Nice editing, nice that you use white and blue images for noise and darker colored images for deeper sounds. It started freaking me out when I spotted the people walking towards the camera.

You should stick to the blurry images/sequences because the clip where some football players are visible just doesn't work. I'm not saying that everything should be blurry, but when you finally put in a focused image then don't use images of football players, man. Film some huge antennas, wires, power poles etc. Just something a bit more Autechre-ish than football players, right?

The editing is tight but it needs more variation. Of course the track doesn't really offer that much to fool around with, but the dark ambient pads that get louder and louder should trigger something in your brain. Have something fade in as part of the ambient.

i think youre right beacause the track makes you want to use images that are a little bit more abstract but im using any kind of clips beacause im just starting the stucture of the concept and once its finished there wont even be any empty black sequences

i think Chris Cunningham have done this conceptually pretty similar and fade your glory constantly going to 0. but i like players, they seem cool with pads.

well maybe you can do better than me i dont know i guess well just see when its completed

what about gantz graf? that video was about the closest thing to a visual representation of autechre's music as there's ever been

besides perhaps the video for second bad vilbel

i thought the pro radii vid was pretty good, not fantastic but awesome for user generated. If it is the one with the bones in the water that you're talking about

First off, my $0.02 says that if the song inspires you to make some art, that's excellent.

Second, I really like the concept you have here. The flickering in the beginning, synced up with the beat, is quite good. I was unsure about the football players at first, but I kind of like it. The music is menacing, and it frames the game a little differently. If anything, I might experiment with different color filters for the clear images of the football players.

NOT TRUE, for me the pro radii Video is better than gantz graf.

By the way You have to watch the Fermium video with the two girls. ^^

fermium is great and nancy mitchel is pretty interesting

i also did another film with different footage but with ipacial section when the track starts at 5min 20

i made the first 2 mins or so of Kalpol intro into a flash animation. IF i can track it down i'll post it up it was actually pretty sick
