Anyone else having trouble downloading from Bleep?

I just bought a bunch of CDs and LPs off bleep and while it was posting it let me download the mp3s for about 2/3 of my orders. I downloaded the smallest one (black dog peel session) just to try it out and after it started downloading, bleep seemed to stop working. on top of that, my download manager could not tell me how big the file was nor how long it would take to download. In the end, it downloaded fine and bleep starting working as soon as it was over however it says I've already downloaded all those other albums, too. I guess it doesn't matter too much because I'd rather wait till I have them on CD to listen to, but just in case something happens it'd be nice to know I could download them off bleep without having to hit up slsk or something.

send them a support ticket

should be pretty easy to solve it for them
