here's an emperor scorpion. they glow under uv light even though they're black. this one was like a cat, once it got comfortable in your hand it's tail dropped and he went to sleep. shit was awesome.

it was small but i've always liked scorpions.

edit: i think that green thing in the other pic is a type of stick bug also, we only got to hold one mantis that looked like dead leaves
