Here are, from left, me, Honolulu Mayor Mufi Hannemann and my friend, Jacob.

No. I'm 6 feet tall. My friend, Jacob, right, is 6'4", and only orbiting satellites know how tall Mufi is.

He was actually really impressed by our height--especially Jacob's. In the media, Mufi is always pictured next to super-tiny five-footers so he looks like a giant. I actually imagined him to be much taller before I met him.

His niceness is kind of overwhelming. I could actually feel niceness and sincerity oozing out of pores. Government. Go figure.
