I got a haircut!

Now, because I'm white, have short hair and no muscles, everyone thinks I'm in the navy.

Hoover Dam

Man, I really want to visit hoover dam! Looks lovely at night

Yeah, it is beautiful. We were on our way to Vegas and it got dark right when we got to the dam. What I found most beautiful were the mountains on the drive up to the dam, just incredible. The new bridge they're building over the dam was crazy.

"Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge has been under construction since 2006, the bridge is set to open late 2010.

The total length of the bridge is 1,900 feet with a 1,080-foot main span. The roadway will be 840 feet above the Colorado River. It will be the first so-called concrete-steel composite arch bridge built in the United States.

According to Wikipedia, the bridge will be named the Mike O'Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge. O'Callaghan was a Korean War vet and governor of Nevada in the 1970s. Tillman, an Arizona State and Arizona Cardinals who famously gave up pro football to join the US Army after 9/11, he was killed in Afghanistan in 2004."
