iep and ex-voto are arch-enemies. ex-voto (framed, fugitive high-school teen football star) thinks afroman is his best-friend but really he's an iep (criminally insane pro-prosthetics terrorist, disgraced former CEO of a fake tit multinational) double-agent out to learn his embarrassing secrets. luckily, ex-voto has missingsense (very sneaky, tail like a cat for balance) and jonas (the alchemist) in his crew, unfortunately though, iep has lullezucht (lives in an abandoned missle silo with rat-wife/test subject, can secrete viscous, foul smelling foam from all of his pores).

so there's the basics of it. you should be able to start anywhere with the comics 'cause there's really little continuity with the storyline.
