You can get a decent one for $50-$100 I think. Mine was a birthday gift, and that pasta-making class was a gift I gave.

It's pretty easy to make the pasta, especially if you have a food processor. We don't, actually, so this weekend will be our first time trying it by hand. I hope it works out! I'll let you know. I'll post in the 'post your recent gustatorial sensations' thread.

edit: and of course it's much much easier if you have a boyfriend.
