we're confounding various kinds of "great", anyways.

drukqs is amazing, it's like opening a door and falling into the land of sonic whoopass. however, falling into the land of sonic whoopass is pretty grating, and so while i think drukqs is a much more accomplished work, i tend to listen to analords, amon tobin, ladytron etc. more than i do drukqs.

it's epic, but it's not something i put on much for casual listening. it's more for when i'm in the mood for it, and will be focusing on it...

I tend to have different aphex listening moods. some days I'll really be into drukqs, other days it'll be older afx stuff, then other days it'll be SAW vol. 1 or 2

Being in the mood to listen to SAW2 is rare for me.
