because he's aphex motherfucking twin and he can do whatever he damn well wants!

also i don't think it'd fit the mood of the track if it repeated more. it's supposed to be crazy drill mayhem!

naa not repeat, just like progress with it maybe and bring it on later on, fuck knows just seems pointless putting it in for 5 seconds in a 6min track

Anyway, it sounds like "huck" (Huckeleberry Finn) or "hug" on Equation and "phuck" on Cymru Beats.

I don't think that bit in those few seconds stands out much, though. There are other tracks on which I would've loved if he'd progressed some more, like the ending of Synthacon 9 or Ziggomatic.

I wonder why he used the same sample too. and i always thought it said fuck and then wooooosh.

Just use foobar - that way you can have a spectrograph running all the time for all the tracks. Its really quite interesting to look and see what a track looks like.

Aphex knows when to add and subtract bits really well so your attention never wains and nothing gets over played unless its useful. You always want more but it might ruin the track

People don't know what they want. But that part is awesome.

I think it's good to have subtlety and moderation of how much a part is used in a song.

Keeps ya thinking, and leaves you wanting more, and makes the song have better replay value
