The last couple of years there has been a lot of bitching about new people shouldn't be allowed to participate, so how do we solve this problem? I don't wanna veto anything, so I want you guys to tell me how we sort this thing out.

Actually, I feel bad starting another Secret Santa topic since my Secret Santa present anno 2007 still hasn't been sent to Rook. But as I've said before the package keeps getting better and better, because I keep finding things to add to it

The one time I participated, my gift never made it to we_kill_soapscum... apparently whirring clicking spark-shooting tin robots are not appropriate items to post to New York.
