ive always liked these videos, they sound like autechre generative stuff but made only with modulars

yeah! this guy makes his own modular stuff the most popular being the Psycho LFO euro/frac module, i forgot what the company name is. What impresses me most about these videos is that he claims he does not use any actual step sequencers. He may be using a Binary zone Blacet module to do some of that controlled S&H sound, but beyond that i really have no idea how he's doing this.

I wish there were more people doing elaborate modular music, it really is insane to me how little cool music like there is coming out of modular synth owners. Sound designers have been using modulars for years in movies, etc. Not everybody can obtain a Wiard like this guy owns but with a little multitrack recording and audio chopping you can make some pretty cool stuff with modulars exclusively on maybe $2000 - $3000
