I second that DMX deserves a sub-category. He kills Plaid and the Bores of Canada, and is a peer of Cylob and u-Ziq.

His whole collection is top notch. Warm analogue in 2009. He deserves much respect.

Awesome first post. Read the rules.

He uses a lot of digital boxes to get his 80s sound - FM synths of course, plus the DMX is a digital drum machine, and he dosent even use a real one - he uses samples of one.

he uses the analog gear, the modular and the rest, lately a lot.

i also think collapse of the wave function is really really great. if not his best work. this should be good!
