Its gotta happen, surely? And yeah i said about the 4 toed statue in a post not that long ago. There was a theory someone said that its all got something to do with aliens, but its easier just to think that they forgot the 5th toe to save any argument. I thought this might all be about scientology at one stage.

If aliens start appearing then they better hire some people who actually know how to create some convincing CGi, because the explosion on the boat in season 4 looked like crap.

The CGI sucks so bad, and the blue screening. Like when they were on the helicopter b4 the boat explosion you could almost see the blue screen behind them because what ever they used to composite in the back ground didnt look realistic. And anyway i think theyve given up on CGI anyone seen these time traveling flashes? they get more budget everytime.

anyone else completely given up in trying to understand any of it? like what 'time' is being shown, if its a flash forward or flash back, why jin is in dharma, what time on the island are they at? etc?

I dont think about it any more i just reply to post in this thread. And for someone who is like sun, who's protective and loves their child, and is genrally just fucking annoying like the rest of them she hasnt really flinched too much about leaving her kid behind.

I mean for something like lost to completely over look those things and the fact hurley turned up at the airport but they never gave any explantion is just completely baffling, no? Theyve probably just kept it for a little flash back as filler as usual.

Usually it takes as long as it can to explain the smallest detail, yet for these ones there just like aaahh fuck it.

this was the worst episode of lost i have ever seen, the whole episode felt like it existed primarily to get the characters to where they need to be for the purpose of some future plot, nobody questioned anything and there was a gaping chasm of irrational decisions and shitty unrealistic dialogue. oh but what about jack's uncertainty, well just talk about doubting thomas or something LOL if we dress it up and seem profound and put some sentimental piano in the background it'll be alright

Let's be honest, they need to kill off Jack, Kate, Hurley, Juliet, Sawyer and Sun.

I'm starting to think that they should kill off Desmond as well, seeing as he's turning into some annoying shit recently.

These off the island plots were shit and I'm glad they're over, but the characters are still weak as.

I was happy and content with the latest episode, the new one better not be a pile of useless gash.

this was awesome episode! classical lost; plot moves nothing forward but leaves you craving for the next episode. also some self referential humour; the new losties asking a lot of questions.
