LOL, I hadn't even noticed how sloppy the cables were. I wonder if these are AS1 again? They seem like such a rougher version of his previous Snares work.

small lol at the tracklist, nobody else has inter album continuity in naming tracks after one of their cats being pissed off.

Normally I am a huge fan of AS1... but now that you guys mention it, the cover would be perfect without the cables all together. Just a big hairy pig fucking a dead horse. Really, that's all one ever needs in a pastel-coloured world.

I think AS1 is either getting a bit soft.. or desperate. Especially cos I HATED the Detrimentalist cover (any 8 year old could have done the same).... I liked Calvacade... but that was his only decent Planet Mu cover (the Duntisbourne cover gave new meaning to "contrived")... as he still does dope shit for other artists (Plantlife, Dub Gabriel etc)... I guess Mike and/or Aaron are the ones with bad taste?

Maybe no surprise there?

I have to say I like the sound of this a lot more that fucking horsey bullshit. I just don't like the way his new shit is mixed/mastered. It has an interesting vibe to it that actually sounds pretty original, unlike most of the stuff he has done recently. A lot of detuned synthage which sounds pretty fucking sick. And just deformed noises, its pretty cool, listening to labia now, its pretty nice. mongoloid alien... hmm. I don't know about this one, lately it sounds like he is just remixing himself on a lot of his tracks. Listening to chainsaw fellatio, holy shit! its actually in 4/4 time! Hiphop with an annoying 303 line, or almost dubsteppy. kimberly clark is forgettable, although I like the transpositions he does on the melodies, it reminds me of some of my own music, huh, this track seems to get better with time, but its just a sample so I can't hear the ending. Calvin Kleining is interesting, I can't really figure out the timing, but I think it is some kind of 7/8 time sig with a warped tempo curve constantly looping each measure, maybe? Probably not. Lame track. Now listening to Kakarookee Hates Me noisey distorted garbage acid breakcore, but texturally it seems to get better as the track progresses, as it is with most of the tracks on this album. Another annoying track with just enough bad ideas in it to make it funny. Splooj Guzzlers... It has a kind of slow beat in 7/8, at the beginning but it gets faster after the sample of girl saying "I wanna drink all of the cum out of your condom". But yeah another kind of dumb track. Lets hear this pussy skull It sounds like nothing new, same ideas as the other tracks. It has a kind of catchy melodic 16th note acid bassline with stretched samples of "pppuuuuussssyyyyy ssskkuuulllllL!!!". also a kind of lame track. yep

haha, it sounded like you were liking this album until you went into the track by track review and said they all sounded lame :)

I like the first couple of tracks, such as labia, and the atmosphere of some of the others. I like it enough to download it.
