Brown sauce is awesome - it is the ultimate accompaniment for bacon. Not so much for fish and chips in my opinion.

Popular brands: HP, Daddies.

It's like brown ketchup, but a bit thinner.. And tangy and spiced.

yeah i think they just make it themselves, you could just experiment with quantities for the right mix.

i've never seen peas and vinegar anywhere in scotland, in fact i've never seen peas in a chip shop anywhere but england.

Actually, my wife and I get hummus mix, make fresh tabouli, bake naan bread and cook meat skewers sometimes for dinner, usually in the summer.

Fuckin' 'ell guys you do know how to stray off topic. Anyway I've had a couple of these so far: Cajun Squirrel just tastes like Barbeque but has a bit of generic indian spices as an aftertaste, Chilli and Chocolate tastes like slightly spiced leaves (leafs ?).

EDIT: Mmm, after finishing the Chili and Chocolate ones they make your fingers smell like Chocolatty Soap, mmmm nice !

i have, actually

the only 'british' food i really ate was breakfast at hotels (which was fucking disgusting), as we had french/italian/whatever for pretty much every other meal.
