What about if it was a 15 year old guy and 15 year old girl kissing? Would that be wrong?

Kids kiss on TV all the time, and to suggest that there aren't 15 year old lesbians is fucking asinine.

Oh they're 14? Forget it then, that's just wrong....

Sure kids kiss on tv sometimes, but when you're aiming your audience at older people (over 20) by the content and times on tv you're essentially pushing the acceptance of under-age sex.

It's aimed at teens really though, not adults.

Hey joshier, seriously man you better bring up eastenders, some dude fucked a 15 year old schoolgirl on there for years, call the cops.

Why did you prove also by your list of "hot" qouters that most viewers are like mid 20's? Are these guys really that old?

For fucks sake man, if pedos are pedos, then they're pedos regardless of what the fuck you put on tele, and rather they be at home wanking at it on the tele than out there waiting for little girls out in the evening or just coming out of school and wanking in public eh?

I would be bothered if the next episode of skins contains a full on fingerfest between some gilrs in school uniforms and a bunch of spotty, braced teenagers standing around wanking as we watch their cum explode in some underage eyeball.

I'm all for other means for paedophiles to have their kicks without hurting any one, but this was not my point.

This isn't strictly about paedophilia. Paedophilia is "the sexual interest toward pre-pubescent youths only and does not include teenagers." Thus under 13.

I'm referring to ephebophilia, where "a word indicating sexual preference for mid to late adolescents."

When I was younger, I used to watch eurotrash. It was on at roughly the same time. It gave a healthy perspective on all the types of fetishes people have and it certainly did not focus on one primary subject (young teenagers).

I don't feel this is a healthy perspective when considering the target audience.

What also bothers me is that they realize they can write these "edgy" scripts to get a quick buck and neglecting what made the show in the first place (it's comedy).

I wouldn't be at all surprised if ITV caught up on this quick making money scheme and done a program their selves which again - showing young teenagers in a sexually active light and airing it when the majority of people watching are above 20.

It would make them money because it is taboo and everyone is susceptible to the behaviour where we all have to get to further extremes to receive the same positive feedback that we did in the first place. in other words, you can't ever have the pleasure of having great sex for the first time. You've done it before and to get a better experience than your first - you must push it further. This is where I see them going with this but it's hitting the moral boundary for me.

I totally understand where your coming from, but I really don't think its something to be that concerned about.

A significant portion of the people making comments about it being sexually arousing were over 20.

The trailer that's on youtube homepage contained only the kissing. This leads to the idea that it was intentionally trying to be controversial, another sell-out tactic with the method of showing under-age people kiss which many consider to be taboo and thus 'more extreme' (see my previous post about the innate human nature we all have in us to want the same feeling again as we did in the first place)

Also, here's the times it is viewed on public tv:

Wed 11 February 12:05am, E4
