It may well heal on it's own, don't freak out out and pay for a vet any sooner than you would go to the doctor for a cut which you had. Dog spit is antiseptic so her licking it is cool. If you need to put antiseptic cream on it just use the human shit, don't shell out for the expensive animal stuff.
