I agree 100%, if it was in fact your sister who did this, the best punishment I can think of would be to hook her up with someone who has an inverted penis.

edit: on a tangent this reminds me of the time I took care of a goldfish for my gf for 2 weeks. She was super concerned that I wouldn't keep it alive. Well no problem I kept the little guy alive until she got back. And she killed it accidentally the next day somehow I can't remember. felt bad for the goldfish but I laughed at her.

i was out at lunch and the dog was taking a nap in my room. and then that person went in and got the dog and brought it up to the kitchen. ive only found out about this just recently. it happened two years ago when i lived in new york. the guy who did it used to be on watmm sometimes

Mostly I disagree because I believe punishment should be proportionate, not equal.  The dog did nothing, can't protest or tell his owner, and is therefore the perfect victim.  From the look of him, he's a chihuahua, so getting something that shivers without being frozen that cold is just cruel.

the only one I encountered would bark at anyone that was not the owner for at least an hour after you arrived and every time you moved thereafter.
