I first read about ambien in the drugs issue of Vice magazine where the guy said, and I quote: "I'd lick the fleshy a**hole of whoever invented this thing". Sounded like a good endorsement to me! So I ended up trying it and found that it's not really 'fun'. You get sleepy for several minutes and then fall asleep. That's it!

You're supposed to crush it up and mix it with your meth.

does it really even work?

i took some 2000+ mg of valerian root capsules one night and i really couldn't feel a thing. i felt slightly drowsy maybe.. felt more like placebo, i just didn't know if it had worked at all.

i took 3 mg of melatonin. an hour later i got up to pee, and after slamming into the wall a few times due to having balance issues, i just hugged the wall.
