well it doesn't matter, can we be friends again?

I never said we weren't friends, but if I gave you that impression, have one on me in the pub roleplay thread:

(But you don't know if Vignetting the Compost is done that way, right?)

yeah there seems to be a cutoff a few hours after you've been downloading songs/albums and then the order is processed and you get the order receipt sent to your email including all the songs that you bought throughout the day.

I like the vastness of their mp3 catalogue, always looking for forgotten gems in there

I just grabbed it off Megaupload and there is no click/crunch. Is it a loud click or just a subtle cut like "this is heavily sampled but we didn't fade it in" kind of sound?

It happens with some mp3s I've downloaded; it sounds like the word "snick," only louder, and on VtC, it sounds more like a crunch than I've heard before.

Maybe I'll do the illegal thing and follow in autopilot's footsteps; megaupload, here I come . . .

On a side note, I'm actually really enjoying this album. Saw it talked about a ton on here and now see why.

Out of curiousity, how did you find it on Megaupload?  I'm new to it (like two days ago new) and I can't find a search bar . . . or if I found a link in my PM box, there would be a thank you in order . . .

I just go to Google & type in [artist album megaupload]. Scroll down until you see a result that links directly to MEGAUPLOAD (will be in all caps & have an appropriate URL).

Sometimes the results will take you to blogs that people post that then link to Megaupload, and then you need to read their narcissistic blog posts because they password protect the .rar's and hid it somewhere in their critique.

Works really nice. It's replaced slow-ass Soulseek and unreliable torrents for my piracy needs over the last year. It also doesn't have a 40 minute wait in between downloads like Rapidshare, you can just download one after the other (just not two at once).

This one's on me, though. Check your inbox.

Done, thanks!  Bummer about the emo-blogging linkers, though.  Finally I can listen to it without cringing right before the track changes . . . I suppose after all this, amazon owes it to me to get one of those albums for free.

You didn't read the "I'm throwing down sleeping meds and watching Pineapple Express" thread, did you?

I love Mr. & Mrs. Compost. Reminds me of America.
