What the hell?

I've never heard this one before?

R&S have got to be one of the most overrated acts in electronic music. I like "never tell you" a lot. Maurizio is pretty good. Basic Channel is classic. but all the dub warmth analog worship is a little nuts. they ain't all that.

Well, it's all highly subjective... I like Rhythm & Sound because it's deep, dubby, gritty, and even though it might not be filled to the brim with sparkling little details I can still listen to it over and over and over without getting tired of it...

That's a great track-- it came out at the tail end of the first wave of 12"s, so it kind of marks the end of the era of the first compiled 12"s, before the vocal stuff really started happening.

Sorry - poor choice of word plus it was getting late. I guess what I meant was that R&S is that it has this warm, fuzzy, dusty sound... and I love it.

Yeah, I can't get into Deepchord or Echospace at all. So many people talked up The Coldest Season LP but I think it's just very boring.

same here, i find it utterly boring there stuff in general, a few good tracks here and there

i find r&s highly addictive and perfect for when im working, i just love the slowness of it and the quality, just gorgeous

the carl craig remix is the song that really got me into them

and king of my empire is my current favorite song of there

along with smile which i never get bored of

real fan

thats nice. its so sparse that my mind made up melodies over the top which were really catchy. didnt like the grainy tapping sounds though
