i had crab legs frozen once for 6 months to a year. finally boiled them bitches up and they were just a tad frost bitten but mostly delicious.

ate a £3 lidl lobster that had been defrosted, refrozen and defrosted again over a period of 3 days. there was some oil in the gut tract and it didn't taste too good, but i certainly didn't get ill.

Well, I was able to chalk one more repulsive culinary practice to the Chinese (Century Egg). Other than that, I read about eating eggs several months past the due date BUT NOT 12!

This makes me concerned for you Impakt:

---Have you sunk so much into gear, VSTs, and computers that you are unable to feed yourself?

---Do you secretly hope that eating spoiled food is like a game of gastronomic Russian roulette?

---Does the Norwegian dairy and egg industry suffer so that you are forced to eat these year old eggs?

 

People from Norway are second only to the Asians for longevity so I guess I'll start aging my eggs too

Well, I'm just really lazy at times. I hadn't bothered cleaning out the fridge and there was two packs of eggs in there - one was really old and one was new. I didn't bother checking the dates though :p
