you, sir, are a mystery to me. 'Slow this Bird Down' can bring you to tears, but "House of Abin'adab" annoys you? They are kindred tracks, imo.

it feels like their darkest track, to me ... all the queasy off-key-ness of twoism etc condensed into one track. 'slow this bird down' has a sort of majestic sad beauty; adin'adab just feels depressing

Well I...agree with almost everything you said, esp the comment on Twoism. Actually I'm not that huge a fan of the track, it just sort of ended up on my list. I do like its eerie quality and it always seems to fit in well somewhere when I make BoC playlists.

I'd like to replace it with the first two tracks from the Sussex gig, but those don't really qualify as short tracks, and that would give me six top fives - can't have that.

Edit: Ah, "Dave (I'm a real traditionalist)" should've made it on there, if it counts.

And "Sherbet Head", shit...

And "I will get it tatooed" pwns so hard I think it would make it on my all time fave BoC track list as well.

my personal favorite of all the short tracks is I Saw Drones...dont know why...sure seems like one of the shortest of the short ones, but it's so cool, and fun to listen to in reverse

Brilliant website, I picture a few of those things. Where do all of those songs come from i wonder. Trails and 7-47 and that apple one and such. They sound great.
