I hate Louis Vuitton but I'd wear this. If I had thousands of pounds to drop on shoes that I don't really want by a fashion house I consider tacky in the extreme.

If you're serious about this, then I hope you're as fastidious with the rest of your wardrobe rather than just taking a token swipe at Nike, because they're hardly the only "slightly unethical" clothing manufacturer, not by a longshot. A lot of the time it's just pose and posture when people say this, like people who boycott Nestlé.
