true.. but after that Dennis was a pumpkin when the keyboardist died of an overdose. so it all ties in well. and i think Jimmy isn't that much pissed off with billy stealing the riff to use on 1979. then he produced starjob..so its all dandy in the frogs universe with billy

but still billy stole a riff from the frogs, which was available on the frogs archive but now its gone you might have to dig around google to try and find it..

p.s viewphoria was a 'toyporno' riff off too. but i like to think of it as influenced. the frogs influence the biggest band of the 90's cool shit!

well if he did rip them off he wrote a far better song anyway. that song in the video is forgettable, 1979 isn't.

whether you like the smashing pumpkins or not, there's a hell of a lot more to Billy Corgan than a couple of riffs even if he just directly pinched them.

As a fairly long standing and long suffering fan, there's not much you can do about things like these apart from pretend they don't exist and concentrate on the music instead. There's still a lot of good tunes going on.

between this and the smashing pumpkins holding fuckin auditions for the next bandmate... i smell sellout!
