like people said, its fundamentally communication

but i feel like its a process of experience

in creating i learn, in observing i learn

what i observe dictates what i create

i feel like i'm continually building up visual vocabularies...people like what they want to like and it seems that can serve a purpose of fulfilling a cultural niche...like a signifier to others of this is what i like and its what you like so we can be friends or a continual process of exploration

there is a good dave hickey quote that i think goes something like "bad taste is good taste"
