Pork Pie

On the whole I like the jelly. It moistens the whole thing. I don't think I've ever eaten a pork pie warm though.

It's not made of the same stuff as head cheese, it's made of decent proper cuts of pork as far as I know, or at least it should be.

tescos do nice little pork and pickle pies, without jelly.

nice, but scotch eggs are better.
