Silverchair --Diorama was amazing, and pretty much as uncool as anything could possibly be

Metric --uncool in that "hipsters think those guys are so cool" sort of way

The question marks indicate that I am unsure whether the aforementioned artist is uncool, but I suspect they might be on watmms. The rest are more universally uncool, so there's no doubt there.

there seemed to be a wilco hard on the last time they released an album. i hear it quite often at work and at first it was just annoying. now a days i'm getting more and more accepting, i really appreciate the musicianship and songwriting. i respect their work but i wouldn't yet say i'm a fan.

i don't know track names but i know there are 3 or 4 songs of theirs that i enjoy

i really only like yankee hotel foxtrot, and then only maybe half the songs on it are actually good. wilco can suck a fuck as far as i'm concerned. and sky blue sky is a terrible album.

YHF is so amazing. at least the first side is flawless. There's something so midwestern about it, it just appeals to me. A ghost is born is great too, although a little too conceptual. Sky blue sky is shit, zaphod's dead on.

actually i lied, i do like summerteeth. i think i don't like wilco because i know a guy who loves them and he's a gigantic fucking tool.
