kaini
i just realised: basically anything drawn by kevin o' neill, fuck yeah probably the most overtly surreal, brutalist artist working for 2000ad in their fertile period: (although not just 2000ad) o' neill was always at his best when teamed with khaos magick expert pat mills and of course ABC warriors: kevin o neill Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Hide kaini's signature Hide all signatures On 5/7/2013 at 11:06 PM, ambermonk said: I know IDM can be extreme On 6/3/2017 at 11:50 PM, ladalaika said: this sounds like an airplane landing on a minefield Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/45965-graphic-novels/page/3/#findComment-1050335 Share on other sites

Tessier Ashpool
Ditto on: Sandman - totally blew me on my ass when I read it and opened the door to "graphic novels" or whatever the fuck you want to call them. The art style changes, btw, so don't think that just on book is representative of the whole Watchmen - classic Arkham Asylum - Great writing + Great artwork. Can't go wrong Others: Transmetropolitan - If Hunter Thompson lived in the future Heavy Ink - weird but good Dave McKean's Cages - wonderfully surreal - guys got talent beyond just making amazing visuals Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Hide Tessier Ashpool's signature Hide all signatures Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/45965-graphic-novels/page/3/#findComment-1050887 Share on other sites
