There's definitely a distinct Toronto accent, having grown up in upstate NY and having some friends from there. If you watch Kenny vs. Spenny, Kenny has a very noticeable one, pronouncing his name Kenny Hotz as Kenny Hawtz and saying Oh My Gawd. It's not like the stereotypical NY Jewish accent as it's less nasally though.
