heh, i still hear a lot of these, use some.

heinous was nowhere near outdated last year at school..

"o rly" got really old really quick

also, i haven't heard anybody really use the terms "owned" or "leet" on the internet or in real life for a long long time, at least a couple years

back in elementary school there was a very short phase where someone would get put in their place and someone else would say "ooooh you got carried". maybe that's a regional thing. i have no clue where it came from.

i don't think these are used anymore but i dunno, maybe it depends where you live

i kind of miss 'tight' meaning 'unkind', not that it makes sense, not sure how popular that ever was though.

in high school we used to pick random vocab words and slangerize them for that week

i used the word 'clocked' .. in reference to my having finished killzone 2 or something .. to my brother and he stated that he hadn't heard that word in a long time ...

so i suggested that perhaps with the rise of mmo's perhaps the concept had become obsolete .. thereby leading to the decline in the term i had so 'outdatedly' bandied about ..

some one called me out for saying "lame" a couple of years ago.
