a study was done, and they found people rated the same results higher when they looked like they came from google.

they stretched their type out for the logo, jeeeeesus it looks awful.

yes, because a shitty logo makes all the difference. Look at Google!

HEY. the fonts for the google and bing logos are both awful, but at least google keeps the integrity of the original typeface.

the color choice for google is another issue entirely, but my statement stands.

This is pretty decent actually, I'm finding a couple of things I hadn't found before on Google using similar terms...

also, as good as bing may turn out to be, i'm a dedicated chrome user and am by now well adjusted to typing my search terms into chrome's address bar.

so, even if liked bing, there no way i'm going to take the extra step of navigating to a new url to perform a search when I can do it right from the browser. MS, you are too late.

for some reason Bing and Hotmail are blocked in China today. Guess Bill Gates must have pissed in Hu Jintao's coffee.
