Although the new iPhones look nice...still no ability to customize the look I imagine...

there's going to be virtually no difference in real world performance between 2.8 and 3.06. even on paper, it's less than 10%. $300 would be much better spent on a faster hard drive.

I ordered the previous generation the day after the news hit (I needed the computer for the express card slot).
