Not really. If you're talking about paint, black is all of the colors together. If you're talking about light, then white is all of the colors together.

the cool thing is if you blur your vision while looking at it, you can see they are the same much easier.

The "blue" and "green" parts are actually the same color <-- this color. Really. Zoom in and look at the pixels.

this works in the same way that when you mix paints you get a different colour.

your eye is mixing the colours next to each other giving you the perception of blue and green.

that one is excellent. it is so good that i thought you didn't know what the hell you were talking about. so i opened it in photoshop and used the color picker on the squares to be sure.
