just ate about 3 crabsworth of crab tonight. fresh crab caught the evening before last by a family friend. we still have about 4 crabsworth (valid measurement unit btw) left. shit is so good. like eating the oceans pussy. i'm going to gorge tomorrow again, drinking wine and beer and who knows what else, probably virgins blood, and cum with each bite. tell me the last time you ate crab so fresh you could still smell your neighbors perfume on the bag.

it's like a tradition in my family, crab night. you order like an entire bushel of crabs (fuck ton of crabs) and you line the picknic bench (no normal table will work) with three layes of paper bags or newspaper (paper bag paper works best tho) and you crack those fuckers open with wooden mallets and oh lord buttter and lemon... fuck the potato salad and corn and anything else served with it (lemon ade or iced tea, best drinks for the job. beer works too).

all that remains is fat. maybe you're keeping the wrong part of clarified butter. it's for everything, not just hollandaise sauce. everything. are you seriously going to sit there and knock clarified butter? have you had food before?

my mother makes a hot crab dip that is amazing. not sure on quantities, but it is cream cheese, backfin crab meat, (i think) sour cream, old bay and shredded cheese. cook in the oven in a casserole dish and serve with bread or crackers.

i also like chicken oscar, which has some different versions but it is a chicken breast with crab topping, asparagus and remoulade or hollandaise sauce.

flounder, roughy, tilapia, etc. stuffed with crab filling is also good.

i had more crab tonight with beer, and after wards a swig or two of vodka and i feel like fucking neptune. or anything
