my favorite Michael Bay film has to be the art-house classic Bad Boys II. The emotion Bay drags out of Martin Lawrence is amazing. Truly a tour-de-force.

And the scene with the yellow H2 driving through a town down a cliffside? I mean the symbolism in that. WOW!

Until literally last week, I was confusedly thinking that Michael Bay and Michael Mann were the same person (cos they both have short surnames, etc).

Michael Mann directed 'Last of the Mohicans', 'Heat' and 'Ali'. So as you can imagine, I was pretty confused about Transformers.
